The following pricing plans are available for all of our services:

 

Fixed price — A set fee based on services you request, plus expenses.

 

Actual Time — Hourly rate based on actual time worked with a minimum and maximum amount, plus expenses.  This pricing method works best when you aren’t sure of the amount of work involved.

 

Per Loan — A fixed price per loan, all expenses included.  This plan does not apply to credit policy/credit process services.

 

We also offer discounts for multi-year contracts.
